We’re a team that values creativity, collaboration, and customer obsession—and we’re looking for a Principal Solution Engineer with strong pre-sales experience to join us. What You’ll Do As a Principal Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales), you’ll be the technical and strategic partner to our sales team—helping prospects understand the business value of our solutions. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to craft compelling solution architectures that address real-world challenges in field service. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, focusing on value-based selling Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and translate them into tailored solutions Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs Support strategic initiatives and C-level engagements with a focus on business outcomes
