What You'll Do: The Principal, Software Engineering will be responsible for platform architecture to build advance technical solutions alongside the team. The Principal will also work with other OCC teams comprised of software & systems engineers, business systems analysts, product owners, and application architects who plan, design, develop, test and deploy technology solutions at OCC. The candidate must be able to solve problems creatively, communicate effectively, and engage in technical decision making to achieve these objectives. This individual will be a team player and work well with business and technical professionals across different departments in a fast-paced agile and distributed development environment.
