What you’ll do: We are seeking a Principal Salesforce & MuleSoft Integration Solution Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems using MuleSoft. This role owns integration design decisions and ensures integrations are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate brings deep MuleSoft expertise and strong experience integrating Salesforce in complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Strong MuleSoft solution‑engineering experience.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) — required.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of integration resiliency, error handling, and patterns.
- 7+ years of related experience.
Nice To Haves
- MuleSoft Integration Architect (MIA) — preferred.
- Experience with secure integration patterns and compliance requirements.
- Telecommunications experience (OSS/BSS, provisioning, service operations) preferred.
- Designs systems and platforms for very large complex projects for strategic clients and that have multiple system interdependencies.
- Must have a strong understanding of computers (hardware and OS), network, and software architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft.
- Apply and promote API‑led connectivity and standard integration patterns.
- Lead troubleshooting and optimization of integration reliability and performance.
- Partner with Salesforce, security, and downstream system teams.
- Define integration standards, reference implementations, and best practices.
