What you’ll do: We are seeking a Principal Salesforce AI Solution Engineer to lead the design, enablement, and optimization of AI‑powered solutions across the Salesforce platform. This role operates as a senior individual contributor, setting technical direction, establishing standards, and enabling teams through hands‑on solution engineering. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce experience with applied AI expertise and the ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience delivering complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Hands‑on experience implementing AI‑powered solutions in production.
  • Strong solution‑engineering background with cross‑system ownership.
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
  • 7+ years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agent‑based AI systems and orchestration patterns.
  • Background in developer enablement or platform teams.
  • Telecommunications experience (OSS/BSS, customer care, service operations) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to-end solution engineering for Salesforce AI initiatives.
  • Act as an AI champion, promoting responsible and scalable AI adoption.
  • Define and apply patterns for agent‑based solutions and orchestration.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve AI developer tooling and workflows.
  • Drive optimization across AI quality, performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Establish reusable patterns, standards, and reference implementations.
  • Collaborate with platform, data, and security teams to deliver enterprise‑ready solutions.
