We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Principal, Recruitment Partner to join Seeq’s HR team. In this role, you will be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a true talent partner, shaping hiring strategies, advising leaders, and ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people who reflect Seeq’s values and drive our growth. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions, with a strong focus on software engineering and sales. Your expertise in sourcing, assessment, relationship-building, and talent strategy will be critical to building high-performing, diverse teams and elevating Seeq’s employer brand in the market. You will also be comfortable using recruiting data and Excel-based reporting to drive visibility, prioritization, and decision-making across multiple searches and stakeholders.
