About The Position

This role is responsible for leading and executing strategic co-sell initiatives with a major cloud partner, driving revenue growth and strengthening collaborative partnerships. The Principal Partner Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify opportunities, coordinate joint business efforts, and implement go-to-market strategies. You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and the partner organization, ensuring alignment, delivering measurable outcomes, and representing the company in partner programs and industry events. This position offers high visibility, opportunities to influence executive stakeholders, and the chance to shape the partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong relationship-building skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales within a SaaS or technology organization
  • 3+ years of direct experience co-selling with cloud partners, driving measurable revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of partner go-to-market structures, field incentive programs, and ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex relationships across business and technical teams
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute co-sell strategies to strengthen strategic partnerships with cloud partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across partner teams to drive collaboration and mutual success
  • Identify, pursue, and manage joint business opportunities that deliver measurable revenue growth
  • Coordinate co-sell activities and pipeline development with internal sales and partner account teams
  • Create joint go-to-market plans and participate in partner programs to achieve key partnership objectives
  • Deliver enablement content and training to internal teams and partner stakeholders
  • Track and report on co-sell pipeline, performance metrics, and strategic partnership outcomes
