Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or ERP implementations
  • Exceptional change management skills, with a track record of driving adoption across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining positive, results-driven relationships
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including onsite presence for key phases and milestone events
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage change, mitigate risks, and ensure successful adoption across the organization
  • Translate complex business needs into structured project plans, roadmaps, and actionable workstreams
  • Quickly build a deep understanding of systems, processes, and team dynamics within the first month
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and executive-level communications to ensure transparency and alignment
  • On-site as needed to drive critical project milestones forward
  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and blockers, and implement strategies to keep initiatives on track
