About The Position

Are you passionate about cloud technology and proficient at transforming complex business processes? Join the Oracle Cloud Transformation & Delivery team as a Principal Program Manager at our Nashville HQ. As Oracle continues its rapid growth, our team is focused on optimizing and streamlining key business processes to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify, scope, and deliver improvement initiatives leveraging Oracle’s internal AI capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with Oracle product management teams, service teams, global business practices, and corporate functions to transform how we approach problems and operate. Further, this position is part of a new function, with opportunity to define, establish, and implement innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or equivalent degree
  • 5–10 years in project management, program management, portfolio management, and/or business analysis
  • Experience working with cloud computing services
  • Proven success in business process implementation, transformation, or strategic delivery

  • Experience with generative AI capabilities, including knowledge base augmentation
  • Strong independent decision-making and sound judgment skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities concurrently
  • High degree of technical proficiency and a quick learner with new processes and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing business process improvements, including establishing baseline KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze complex cloud-based processes, gather key inputs, and set effective delivery timelines.
  • Apply business acumen to assess enterprise risks and design actionable plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate recommendations, decisions, and priorities succinctly to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
