About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to review and operationalize contract terms for GPU and cloud deals. You’ll work autonomously and cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure obligations are understood, implemented, monitored, and met.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, deal desk/contract operations, or similar roles in technology or cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and operationalizing contract terms (SLAs, delivery milestones, support/response, licensing/usage) for cloud services; GPU/HPC experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), service availability/latency metrics, capacity planning basics, and support models.
  • Proven ability to create and manage obligation registers, dashboards, and KPI reporting; proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools.
  • Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and attention to detail; capable of translating legal/commercial language into actionable technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work autonomously and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal background or experience partnering closely with Legal is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OCI, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Jira), documentation (Confluence), and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience building executive dashboards and compliance reports for SLAs and delivery obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Review and Translation Review GPU and cloud deal terms, including SLAs, delivery milestones, support commitments, usage/licensing, data residency, and security obligations.
  • Translate negotiated terms into measurable requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans with clear owners and timelines.
  • Obligation Tracking and Compliance Build and maintain an obligations register for each contract; establish health metrics and cadence for reviews.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs and delivery commitments; identify gaps and drive mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness for contractual provisions (e.g., availability, capacity delivery, response times).
  • Program Management and Reporting Create project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards; produce executive-ready status reports and readouts.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Escalate risks, manage change requests, and ensure alignment to contractual baselines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Legal to clarify intent and edge cases; with Finance on commercial implications; with Product/Eng to scope features or capacity tied to obligations.
  • Work with Marketing/Comms on customer-facing commitments and approvals where applicable.
  • Continuous Improvement Standardize templates for obligation intake, tracking, and reporting.
  • Recommend process and tooling improvements to reduce risk and cycle time from contract signature to delivery.
