Requirements

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst or any occupation, job title, position performing Salesforce administration or APEX development in Solar domain.
  • Must also have experience in the following:
  • 5 years of professional experience utilizing Salesforce CRM, including system administration, configuration, and customization.
  • 5 years of professional experience executing Salesforce data operations, including data imports, exports, updates, deduplication, and validation using tools (including Data Loader or third party ETL platforms), while ensuring compliance with data quality and integrity standards.
  • 5 years of professional experience collaborating effectively across teams to define project scope, conduct software impact analyses, and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • 5 years of professional experience performing requirements gathering and interfacing with stakeholders.
  • 5 years of professional experience working in the solar energy industry, with a focus on residential solar project operations, sales, or technology implementation.
  • 3 years of professional experience utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency across mission-critical enterprise systems, including CRM platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers to scope CRM-related data initiatives aimed at improving scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Define, implement, and monitor procedures for user roles, data access, security protocols, and permissions within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales CRM software and related databases, integrations, and data infrastructure.
  • Monitor Salesforce product roadmap, and coordinate planning and execution of platform updates and releases.
  • Conduct system impact analysis on complex data-driven projects and document findings in product briefs and technical recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support data accuracy, adoption, and compliance tracking.
  • Drive data governance and compliance awareness across teams through documentation, training, and user support.
  • Provide expert-level support to business teams on data structure, reporting capabilities, and CRM data workflows.
  • Mentor internal stakeholders on CRM and database best practices, compliance, and data management strategies.
  • Support technical adoption of enterprise data features through stakeholder training, concierge assistance, and incremental enhancements.
  • Research and stay current on Salesforce platform developments, industry trends, and best practices in database administration and data compliance.
  • Advocate for data integrity, CRM platform optimization, and adherence to compliance standards across technical and non-technical teams.
