About The Position

The Principal Product Marketing Manager will lead Hyperproof’s global product marketing strategy. This role sits at the center of Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Partnerships and is responsible for bringing new products to market, accelerating adoption, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You are a strategic, technically fluent product marketer who brings clarity to complex products and markets. You translate deep product, customer, and market insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that resonates with both technical and business audiences. In this role, you will shape how Hyperproof shows up in the market by owning core product marketing fundamentals, including messaging, value propositions, pricing and packaging inputs, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy. You will also play a critical role in enabling Sales and Partners with clear, practical tools and narratives that support confident selling and effective co-selling. This is a senior hands-on role for a product marketer who can translate technical capabilities into clear business value, enable revenue teams with confidence, and operate as a trusted partner to Product and GTM leadership. The role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success owning product launches and GTM strategy, messaging, positioning, pricing, and packaging, sales enablement and partner marketing
  • Experience marketing technical products and translating for technical audiences
  • Strong understanding of how product marketing drives adoption, pipeline, and revenue
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using customer and market data to guide decisions
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Must have indepth knowledge here (HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Core Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Own end-to-end product marketing for key products and initiatives, including positioning and messaging, value propositions by persona and segment, and pricing and packaging inputs.
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive research to continuously update buyer personas, inform positioning, develop and enhance messaging, and inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, major launches, and feature releases. Establish and scale repeatable launch processes, messaging frameworks, and GTM playbooks.
  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks across personas, industries, and segments for both commercial and enterprise markets.
  • Technical & Market Translation Translate complex, technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Act as the liaison between Marketing and Product, leveraging and communicating relevant data and insights to help the Product team make more informed decisions.
  • Develop messaging that resonates with technical buyers, practitioners, and economic decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with Product to influence roadmap prioritization based on market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Sales Enablement & Partner Marketing Own sales enablement strategy and execution, including sales playbooks and enablement decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and competitive tools, launch toolkits and training materials.
  • Deliver ongoing enablement for Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure consistent product understanding and confident execution.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to support partner positioning, enablement, and co-selling motions.
  • Customer, Market & Competitive Insights Lead customer, market, and competitive research to inform positioning, messaging, pricing, and GTM decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap prioritization based on market and customer insights.
  • Build and maintain a strong voice-of-customer feedback loop across Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Serve as the internal expert on market trends, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Measurement & Business Impact Drive and measure impact across product adoption and usage, pipeline influence and contribution, revenue growth and expansion.
  • Ensure product marketing efforts are clearly tied to bringing new products to market successfully and scaling adoption over time.
