About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive supply integration strategy and execution across the Microsoft Monetize Platform. This role owns end‑to-end product vision and delivery for high‑impact monetization initiatives, working closely with engineering, data science, sales, and policy partners. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years background in ad tech platforms and / or monetization systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for supply capabilities, including Prebid.js adapter, Native integrations, and external wrapper integrations with CTV partners.
  • Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable platform solutions.
  • Drive prioritization based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and platform health.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, policy, legal, and partner teams.
  • Define success metrics and track outcomes against business goals.
  • Represent monetization priorities in leadership and cross‑org forums.
