The Principal Product Manager serves as a bridge between technical delivery and business enablement, aligning system investments with measurable business outcomes, such as faster time to create and publish content, higher content accuracy, and improved cross-tool data integration. This role will be based at our HQ in NYC or remote in the US (Eastern time zone preferred).

  • Experience building AI workflows that drive efficiency and velocity for content creators
  • Understanding of state standard frameworks, core curricula, and alignment of content to those standards

  • Design and execute lightweight experiments and MVPs to test assumptions and validate new approaches to develop the most engaging and impactful education content available.
  • Synthesize market, behavioral, and qualitative research into product insights and recommendations
  • Stay close to your stakeholders—ensuring your product direction is deeply informed by user needs
  • Contribute to and elevate squad rituals, Agile practices, and cross-team collaboration
  • Track, analyze, and report on project health, delivery progress, and squad KPIs, translating complex information into clear and concise insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Navigate and proactively manage dependencies across squads and teams, aligning all contributors toward shared goals.
  • Identify risks and proactively remove obstacles to ensure delivery success.
