Role Overview: We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, Content to lead the supply side of our marketplace. In this role, you will define how the world’s leading doctors and hospital partners create, upload, and manage their medical content. You will move beyond manual operations to build scalable products. You will work cross-functionally across global time zones to ensure our library remains the most comprehensive and fresh source of medical truth in the world.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare, or education technology environment.
  • Customer Empathy: You have a deep empathy for the customer and are able to understand the motivations and pain points through customer research.
  • Resilient: You have a track record of overcoming challenges, adapting, and persisting until they succeed. You maintain focus when faced with obstacles.
  • Driven and Impact Oriented: You are motivated to help the company grow and reach business goals.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle, including conducting user research, writing detailed product requirements, and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can effectively lead internal stakeholders regardless of their role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and medical conference ecosystems.
  • Experience managing engineers asynchronously and maintaining velocity across different time zones.
  • Experience building products for B2B customers.

Responsibilities

  • KOL & Partner Relationships: Conduct interviews with Key Opinion Leaders and Content Partners to understand their motivations and problems.
  • 0-1 Product Development: Lead the development partner-facing features from initial discovery to global rollout.
  • Supply Health Analytics: Define and track the KPIs that measure the health of our content library.
  • Content Product Strategy: Develop and lead execution of a product roadmap focused on enhancing the experience of content creators and improving the quality of content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, content, and global engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
