Role We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the VP, Product Management. You will deliver a growing portfolio of never-before-seen capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, and scalability as a champion of innovation with a shared vision for the limitless possibilities of cloud security.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with substantial expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Demonstrated deep experience and market knowledge in data security, especially DLP
  • Track record of building effective cross-functional relationships, especially with engineering teams
  • Experience working directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and ability to travel monthly to headquarters in the USA

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or other advanced business degree
  • Proven success building and scaling workflow automation in enterprise security products
  • Experience driving strategy for Email DLP solutions

Responsibilities

  • Create the strategy and product roadmap for Workflow Automation to support DLP growth and innovation
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering and lead delivery of critical functionality for Zscaler Workflows Automation (ZWA)
  • Develop and execute the strategy for Email DLP, ensuring alignment with customer needs and security best practices
  • Partner with customers to refine and deliver impactful DLP features that power our $200M+ ARR business
