The Product Team at Weave operates in a development model where each product manager is expected to lead their team through the different stages of product development: Think It, Build It, Ship It, and Tweak It. We strive for high autonomy and high alignment through clear goals, OKRs, and tight collaboration with engineering, support, product marketing, sales, and customer success. The Sr. Product Manager, Mid Market role is critically important to Weave. You will lead out on understanding and representing the personas and JTBD of our largest customers and prospects. You will define the strategy and execution for product development, focusing on solutions targeted at larger healthcare groups. You will work closely with our Mid Market sales team, our CSMs and other product teams. You will report into the Head of Product. The right candidate will have extensive experience working with Enterprise customers and solving problems spanning multiple practices. You must be comfortable conducting customer interviews, diving deep into technical details with engineering teams, working across multiple teams across India and US time zones, and making a seamless experience for the end user. You understand your role in driving value, usability, feasibility, and business viability within the unique landscape of large healthcare organizations.
