About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager to guide the development and transformation of our Master Data Management (MDM) and Governance platform. This role is critical in connecting traditional enterprise legacy systems with innovative, AI-driven data products. The Product Manager will oversee the entire data lifecycle, including cataloging, migration, data quality, and master data governance. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in SAP MDG, Informatica, and complex ERP environments, and is also passionate about building and innovating. They are adept at conducting in-depth research with AI agents and creating detailed UI mockups to design an exceptional user experience. The primary objective is to ensure seamless integration of platform modules, optimizing the data lifecycle to establish a "Golden Record" that is precise, useful, and ready for AI applications.

Requirements

The Experience: Bring over 10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management in large enterprise settings.
The Technical Core: Demonstrate a proven history with SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, and a thorough understanding of SAP S/4HANA or other Tier-1 ERP systems.
The Modern Toolset: Show proficiency in leveraging AI for productivity and research and be skilled in using design tools such as Figma and v0 to communicate vision through visual mockups.
Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Tech/engineering Master Data Management, IT, Supply Chain, or possess equivalent professional experience.
The Integrator: Recognize that data governance is integrated with Data Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding, ensuring data visibility is prioritized within the product.
The Leader: Act as a self-starter, capable of guiding cross-functional teams to implement product vision in dynamic and complex environments.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap: Develop the product strategy for MDM and Governance solutions, identifying opportunities to revolutionize manual stewardship processes with AI-augmented workflows.
Prototyping & UX Design: Design and build mockup screens and interactive prototypes to illustrate complex data stewardship processes. Serve as the lead architect for the platform's user experience.
AI Research & Innovation: Conduct thorough research using AI tools to analyze competitive trends and define the application of LLMs and ML for automated entity resolution, self-healing data, and predictive quality.
Full Lifecycle Integration: Guarantee smooth integration across the data ecosystem, from migration through quality to governance. Work to remove data duplication and use insights from each stage to maximize platform return on investment.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products meet governance requirements and remain scalable. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with major global clients, consultants, and industry leaders to align product roadmaps with real-world business needs.
