The Job: As a Principal Product Designer, you’ll be part of our Information Technology Enterprise Architecture & Strategy team working as an hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Deliver exceptional design work on complex initiatives that balance vision, detail, and execution. Explore new approaches to design through prototyping and experimentation with emerging tools while maintaining the highest craft standards. Provide critique and mentorship that sharpens thinking and elevates the work of other designers. Build design systems and frameworks that create consistency and scalability across brands. Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate insights and strategy into intuitive, impactful experiences. Prototype using traditional tools and AI-enabled platforms like Figma Make, Claude, Vercel, or Cursor, curating and refining outputs to meet brand and usability standards. Shape new design workflows that integrate AI responsibly, using it to accelerate exploration without compromising craft or consistency. Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design as essential parts of every process. Communicate ideas through storytelling, design rationale, and interactive prototypes that inspire alignment and action. Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product or UX design with a portfolio that demonstrates craft mastery and systems thinking.
  • Exceptional talent with less experience is welcome.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma and comfort prototyping at different fidelities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools and a clear perspective on applying them responsibly.
  • A track record of iterative, detail-oriented work that leads to polished, scalable outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring designers and raising the quality bar across teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across disciplines.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA+) and inclusive design practices.
