About The Position

Principal Process Manager (Culture, Event, & Engagement Lead) We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Principal Process Manager to serve as the Culture Lead for our Boston office that has roughly 500 employees. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and championing the office's identity and community engagement, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive environment for all associates. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, excited by the opportunity to build a cohesive and energized site culture. As the Culture Lead, you will be the driving force behind the Boston office's engagement strategy. This includes designing, planning, and executing a thoughtful portfolio of events, volunteer opportunities, and other community-building activities. The role is fast-paced, with expectations of 8-10 engagements per month. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational and logistical capabilities, as well as a strong attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives. Furthermore, this person must be an adept communicator, comfortable presenting to and collaborating with executive leaders, such as the Site Lead, as well as engaging internal and external speakers. You will be responsible for keeping the site informed and excited about upcoming activities through channels like newsletters and Slack.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of Event Planning experience
  • 4+ years of Process Management experience
  • 1+ years of Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Site Engagement Strategy: Create and maintain a thoughtful, comprehensive engagement strategy for the Boston office, encompassing social events, professional development, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Event Design and Execution: Independently design, plan, and execute a diverse calendar of site events and activities, managing all logistics, vendor coordination, and budget control.
  • Executive Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Lead and other volunteers, providing updates, soliciting input, and ensuring cultural initiatives align with leadership vision.
  • Internal and External Speaker Engagement: Identify, book, and coordinate internal and external speakers for office events, managing all associated logistics and presentations.
  • Office Communication: Manage communication channels (e.g., newsletters, Slack) to inform associates about upcoming events, document past successes, and encourage broad participation across the site.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with associates across all levels of the office, actively encouraging participation and gathering feedback to continuously improve the site's cultural offerings.
  • Process Excellence: Apply Principal Process Manager skills to optimize and continuously improve the planning and execution lifecycle for all cultural programs.
