A quick snapshot… As a Principal People Partner at Conga, you’ll provide hands-on and strategic support to a globally dispersed colleague group focused on internal customer experience and partnership for one of our business units. As you develop relationships, you will be a trusted partner to provide insight and guidance on best practices that align with business objectives and goals. You’ll also help facilitate and execute programs to drive colleague experience and growth.
