About The Position

This role offers a strategic opportunity to partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive organizational performance, talent development, and culture. You will operate as a trusted advisor, balancing data-driven insights with hands-on enablement to support team growth, succession planning, and high-impact business outcomes. This position provides the chance to influence org design, performance management, and workforce planning while fostering engagement and accountability across fast-growing teams. You will lead key people initiatives, provide coaching to senior leaders, and shape programs that enhance productivity, retention, and leadership effectiveness. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on scaling high-performing GTM teams globally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP or People Partner experience, with at least 3 years supporting SVP or C-level leaders in tech or SaaS organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees (MBA or related) preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or dual-region teams (US and India preferred).
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders on complex people matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational diagnostics.
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and scaling fast-moving teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a strong leadership presence and ability to challenge thoughtfully.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success fostering employee engagement, inclusion, and alignment within dynamic, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR business partner for GTM leadership, providing strategic guidance on org design, talent strategy, performance, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement people initiatives that drive business results, including headcount modeling, role design, future skills mapping, and succession planning.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance management, career development, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring aligns with productivity and strategic goals, supporting talent review, internal mobility, and leadership readiness programs.
  • Lead and support employee engagement programs, learning and development initiatives, and organizational change strategies.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to monitor GTM health indicators, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve team performance, retention, and organizational alignment.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making across GTM teams.
