The People Partner (HRBP) will focus their support on the Go to Market (GTM) organization (Sales, Customer, and Marketing), serving as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee relations. This role partners closely with leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies that enable high-performing, scalable, and engaged teams. Reporting to the VP of People, the People Partner will develop a deep understanding of the GTM organization’s goals, operating rhythms, and challenges in order to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and people solutions. You will balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, offering pragmatic guidance that supports both near-term delivery and long-term organizational health.
