The Principal Marketing (Digital Marketing) role owns the Xome digital acquisition and optimization strategy. This role drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across paid and owned channels through hands-on execution, analytics, and continuous testing. About the role: Own and execute digital marketing strategy across SEM, SEO, paid social, display, and CRO Lead site and app analytics, translating performance data into clear business insights Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B and multivariate testing Create, optimize, and scale paid search and paid social campaigns Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting Forecast performance trends, manage budgets, and report spend to finance Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, creative, analytics, and legal Manage agencies and ensure best-practice execution across platforms About you
