Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record in outbound marketing and launch execution
  • Proven ability to bring technically complex products to market with clarity and business impact
  • Expertise in messaging and positioning — building frameworks from scratch, testing hypotheses, and iterating fast
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs across multiple channels and teams
  • A sharp customer instincts — comfortable designing, conducting, and synthesizing research to inform strategy
  • A natural ability to simplify complexity without losing substance
  • Strong cross-functional influencer who drives alignment without relying on authority
  • Analytical and action-oriented, with a willingness to experiment and learn
  • B.A./B.S. required; MBA or Master's preferred

Responsibilities

  • Developing launch strategies for highly technical and high-visibility product releases, grounded in business objectives, market dynamics, and user context
  • Turning complex pricing structures and product capabilities into sharp, digestible customer narratives, offers, and promotions
  • Building and owning messaging frameworks — then testing, iterating, and optimizing them based on real data and customer feedback
  • Creating integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs that align product, demand gen, brand, and sales into one cohesive motion
  • Conducting and applying customer research and insights to sharpen positioning and go-to-market decisions
  • Driving cross-functional alignment across product management, marketing, and partnerships — especially under tight launch timelines
  • Defining launch success metrics and using post-launch data to continuously improve
