You will be part of the global HRBP team that supports Marketing and Global Commercial Organization serving as both a strategic partner and a trusted coach to your leaders. You will keep a pulse on workforce analytics, utilizing Workday's own HCM products to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights. Your work will span org design, talent strategy, culture, and engagement — all with a focus on enabling the Marketing organization to deliver on the future of Workday.
