About The Position

Partner with multiple stakeholders across organizations not limited to Operations, Business, Architecture, other technical teams , testing and prod support Making sure organization goals are met which includes Risks, customer obsession and play a leadership role in mitigating any impediments. The candidate will have strong skills in design, architecting solutions, doing POC, roadmap and provide strategic technical solutions aligning with application and organization goals. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation Mentoring, problem solving including business and technical, doing code reviews. Finding opportunities to bring business and technical benefits by using/implementing/proposing various tools at our disposal.

Requirements

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps technical lead or principal engineer role with hands on experience.
Experience in coding, leading skills with SPA like Angular, MS framework (Spring Boot , multi arch principle related to MS) , CLOUD platform ( OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
Strong understanding of client server architecture, various principles of J2EE and security frameworks.
GenAI implementation, strong understanding LLM architecture, Prompt tuning, Hyperparameter tuning, RAG architecture (embedding framework).
Understanding of Neo4.Js, cypher query, Agentic UI , conversational management .
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
