About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Java / Angular Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Note: Candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment as part of the interview process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE technologies
• Expertise in Core Java, including multithreading and concurrency
• Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MyBatis
• Strong front-end skills with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL skills including database design and performance tuning
• Experience deploying and supporting microservices in AWS
• Familiarity with modern developer tools and AI-assisted coding workflows
• Solid understanding of web application security best practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Property & Casualty insurance systems
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements such as scalability and performance tuning
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web-based applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks
• Build and maintain RESTful services and microservices
• Develop responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform user interfaces
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
