About the role The Exhibits & Events Experience Specialist leads the planning and execution of integrated national and global congress and tradeshow experiences for healthcare professionals. This role partners closely with the Sr. Manager Communications & Campaign Planning, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Corporate Communications, Health Economics & Reimbursement and Commercial teams to deliver cohesive, compliant and measurable engagement strategies before, during and after industry events. This individual ensures congress presence extends beyond the physical booth, driving coordinated pre-show awareness, onsite engagement, and post-show follow-up that strengthens clinical relationships and supports business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong event execution capabilities with omnichannel fluency, stakeholder coordination, and measurable impact orientation. Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
