The Opportunity As a key pillar of our Global Total Rewards team, you will be the primary driver of executive compensation and equity strategy. You will bridge the gap between high-level financial goals and the engagement of our top leadership. Success here means moving beyond data entry to provide the data-driven insights that shape Sabre’s future.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 8 years specifically focused on executive compensation and equity administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must; you should be able to model complex scenarios with ease.
  • Proven track record of managing full-scale project life cycles from initial design and documentation to change management and execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications like CCP or CEP are highly preferred and will set you apart.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Total Rewards COE, partnering with HR and Business Leaders to design and implement global standard processes that actually work.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of our equity programs from RSUs to complex long-term incentives ensuring we are competitive, compliant, and cutting-edge.
  • Prepare high-stakes materials for the Compensation Committee and lead the technical preparation of the annual Proxy Statement.
  • Act as a consultant to senior executives, Finance, and Legal teams, translating complex tax and regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies.
  • Use market analysis to ensure Sabre remains a destination for top-tier global talent.
