The Executive Compensation, Equity, & Reporting Advisor (Part Time) supports the full scope of Pyxus International’s Global Executive Compensation, Equity Compensation, & Regulatory Reporting programs and requirements (e.g. 10-K, CD&A, SOX-level, etc.). A key partner to internal Human Resources, Audit, Finance, ensuring that Pyxus International’s programs are administered consistent with plan documents, correct and timely, and compliant with corporate regulatory considerations. Oversees the day-to-day administration and compliance of Pyxus International’s equity compensation program through vendor partners and with the support of the Total Rewards and Compensation teams. Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards, this role is a member of the Total Rewards team and a mentor (business partner) to Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and Human Resources professionals throughout the enterprise.
