Requirements

EA/Workday/ServiceNow Experience : 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles, with 6+ years in ServiceNow or Workday.
Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of workday tools like extend and orchestrate.
AI knowledge : Must have knowledge of MCP , Agentic flows, Agent construction and backend API connectivity experience.
Integrations : Solid 8+ years experience with handing various types of integrations.
Soft Skills : Candidates should have a strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.
