The Job: As a Lead/Principal Design to Verification Engineer – , you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Central Engineering team as a full-time hybrid employee. You’ll get to: Develop best practices and standards for the Product Execution Engineering, Reliability and Testing teams to develop and validate products more efficiently and effectively. You will focus on improving our design verification and validation plan, design requirements, test plans, design of experiments and failure mode & effects analysis. Teach others our Product Design Verification Processes while meeting Customer CTQ Metrics to Ensure a Successful Product launch. Develop metrics and reporting for the T&O Testing, Engineering, and Reliability teams. Participate in Test Plan Reviews During the NPD Process to Ensure Products Meets All Requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline.
  • 10+ Years Technical Experience in Reliability/Test Lab/Quality Discipline in a New Product Development Environment with Electro-Mechanical Devices.
  • Strong Test and Engineering skills such a Root Cause Analysis, DOE, FMEA, FRACAs, etc.
  • Trained in the Use of Six Sigma Tools and Techniques (i.e., Six Sigma Green Belt).
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain good working relationship with internal and external teams & customers

Responsibilities
