About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing the design and product development lifecycle to ensure teams operate efficiently and products meet customer needs. You will act as a central connector between design, product, engineering, data, and leadership teams, driving process improvements, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. Your work will include refining workflows, centralizing product and customer data, and implementing scalable systems and tools to enhance team performance. This is a hands-on, strategic position in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation and collaboration are at the core of every initiative. You will influence product strategy by translating customer and operational insights into actionable improvements while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building and scaling operations for design and/or product teams
  • Strong skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and simplifying complex processes
  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and operational best practices
  • Experience presenting strategic plans to C-level executives and influencing decision-making
  • Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering impactful results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with program management, production support, or related technical operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Optimize and document scalable processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across design and product teams
  • Serve as a liaison between design, product, engineering, data, and executive leadership to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Identify operational roadblocks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enable teams to deliver effectively
  • Communicate product updates, release timelines, and insights from customer-facing teams to stakeholders across the business
  • Centralize and operationalize product and customer data to inform roadmap and strategy decisions
  • Act as a subject matter expert for design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana) and ensure they are configured to maximize team efficiency
