About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Business Value Consultant to lead global consultative value initiatives and establish benchmarks for strategic accounts. In this role, you will design and deliver sophisticated financial models, TCO/ROI analyses, and business cases for high-impact customers, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy and automation of value frameworks. You will drive executive-level workshops, facilitate C-level decision-making, and support the global sales organization with scalable methodologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape value consulting standards, influence multi-million-dollar deals, and contribute directly to organizational growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing consulting or Value Engineering, with a proven record of closing multi-million-dollar business cases.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, with experience in TCO/ROI analyses.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
  • Experience scaling Value Consulting functions and building team capabilities in a global organization.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and present C-level business cases, TCO/ROI analyses, and value models for strategic global accounts.
  • Maintain and govern the global library of value-selling assets and collaborate with technical teams to automate model generation.
  • Lead value workshops, financial presentations, and executive engagements to drive multi-million-dollar deal closures.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated financial models and methodology frameworks for use across the global sales organization.
  • Advise on CapEx vs. OpEx assessments and cloud vs. on-premises comparisons to guide business strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to differentiate product value propositions.
