About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Principal Consultant with deep expertise in the Source to Pay (S2P) process, specifically within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will support the digital transformation of procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements such as complex supplier ecosystems, long lead times, and high-value component sourcing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
7 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of Ariba Sourcing & Contracting, SAP MM, SRM, and FI modules.
Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and procurement analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

SAP S/4HANA certification in Procurement or Finance.
Experience with SAP Business AI, Joule or SAP Business Network.
Knowledge of semiconductor supply chain dynamics (e.g., foundry models, tiered suppliers).
Understanding of Agile or SAP Activate methodology.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops to gather business requirements related to supply chain planning, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and analytics.
Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and value realization efforts.
Contribute to business case development, roadmap planning, and solution architecture.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes tailored to semiconductor manufacturing and sourcing.
Configure and optimize SAP modules including Ariba Sourcing & Contracting, Inventory Mgmt, MM (Materials Management), SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), and FI (Financial Accounting).
Manage procurement workflows for: Raw materials, wafers, and fab equipment Indirect procurement and services Vendor collaboration and performance tracking
Integration with finance module and other third-party system
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH) and support traceability across the supply chain.
Integrate procurement with production planning, inventory management, and finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, and finance.
Support testing, training, data migration, and go-live activities.
