About The Position

Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a B2B Content & Packaging lead, you will serve as a key trusted partner to the Revenue Leadership. Working closely with various internal teams (Sales, Customer Onboarding, Client Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations), you will ensure that all Revenue teams are set up for success and are impacting growth for the company. Managing all sales collaterals and its packaging, your key goal is to provide high quality assets to our Revenue organization to overachieve their goals through well-designed & engaging content by role & segment driving high usage & adoption. Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in B2B enablement content, PMM, sales content, or B2B marketing with heavy sales partnership
  • Exceptional storytelling, deck craft and data literacy skills
  • Expert stakeholder management across Sales, Product Marketing, Product, CS and Legal
  • Experience building modular deck systems and proof libraries for a diverse sales population
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing storyboards, role specific sales content and leveraging best practice messaging frameworks for sales audiences.
  • The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

Responsibilities

  • Creating and owning a sales narrative framework (storyboard) by segment and use case: Opening POV, problem framing, proof points, ROI/value, product walkthrough, packaging, case studies, advancement
  • Own packaging outputs with Product and Product Marketing: Offer structure, Tiers, Bundles, Attach plays, Competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain a collateral system including but not limited to master pitch decks, segment-specific modules, talk tracks and Customer proof library
  • Establishing claims + data governance review path, source-of-truth links, expiration dates, Legal/compliance
  • Partner with Sales leaders to ensure collateral matches real objections and deal stages by running content feedback loops
  • Tracking usage and effectiveness through content analytics, win/loss insights, seller NPS
