About The Position

Knightscope designs and operates Autonomous Security Robots (ASRs) that safeguard people and property around the clock. Our fleet of ASRs combines robotics, edge AI, and cloud services to deliver actionable, real‑time intelligence to clients nation-wide. Position is based out of our Sunnyvale HQ Knightscope is seeking a hands-on Content Marketing Lead to own and execute our client-facing content strategy across key B2B channels. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Marketing and partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to support pipeline growth and client success. You will be responsible for creating and distributing content that educates and builds credibility with sophisticated B2B buyers, including security leaders, operators, and decision-makers across multiple industries. This role is best suited for someone who has experience in modern B2B content marketing and enjoys creating content directly and taking full ownership from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B companies, ideally selling technology or physical technology products into operationally complex industries.
  • Proven experience producing content that supports demand generation and long sales cycles (not just awareness or social engagement).
  • Strong long-form writing ability, with demonstrated experience creating authoritative, buyer-focused content.
  • Experience supporting B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and content-driven nurture programs.
  • Hands-on experience with content repurposing and distribution across multiple formats and channels.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content production, research, and repurposing
  • Experience creating, publishing and distributing content in HubSpot
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives, sales teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects without heavy oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video/audio editing workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Bonus: experience in physical security or the security industry in general

Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Marketing to build and maintain the company content marketing strategy and editorial calendar aligned to product launches, deployments, campaigns, and key industry moments.
  • Write and publish high-quality long-form content including blogs, articles, customer stories, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Translate complex technical and operational topics into clear, compelling content tailored to enterprise and public safety buyers.
  • Own SEO-driven blog strategy focused on high-intent buyer searches
  • Create and publish content across key channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, website, email, newsletters, and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Repurpose webinars, events, deployments, and executive interviews into multi-channel campaigns (blog posts, social clips, email sequences, and sales enablement assets).
  • Support podcast and video production, including scripting, recording coordination, and editing workflows as needed.
  • Coordinate and support live and on-demand webinars, including speaker prep, content development, Zoom logistics, and post-event follow-up content.
  • Partner with Demand Generation on email campaigns and nurture sequences designed to educate prospects and accelerate buyer progression.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including one-pagers, deployment summaries, customer proof points, email templates, and objection-handling content.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify content gaps and create assets that support active pipeline and shorten sales cycles.
  • Create content that addresses common buyer objections
  • Use HubSpot to support campaign execution, content publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness based on results and feedback from sales and marketing.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across client-facing content while aligning with company positioning and go-to-market priorities.
  • Own and maintain Knightscope’s Media Kit, ensuring logos, bios, brand assets, and approved materials are accurate and up to date.
