We are hiring a Pr. Associate Horizontal HRBP to support key HR processes. The Pr. Associate Horizontal HRBP plays a critical role in delivering on key HR initiatives across the broader HRBP teams along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as talent management and performance management activities. Successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, can navigate ambiguity, is a strong project manager, excels at building and refining strategies and products, is comfortable pulling, manipulating, synthesizing and drawing insights from data, skilled at telling the story in decks, and has a passion for building deep and meaningful relationships with clients. We are looking for someone who can balance the need to be in the details, data and tactics, and also pull up as a strategic thought partner.
