Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Business Analyst that will serve as a key partner in optimizing and supporting Boston Scientific's talent management technology ecosystem, with a focus on Succession Planning, Performance Management, Goal Management and Skills. This role will be responsible for ensuring our various HR platforms are effectively configured, integrated, and aligned with our enterprise talent strategies. The analyst will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and IT to enhance the employee experience and enable data-driven talent decisions through scalable technology solutions. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
