Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Search and Shopping with an understanding of how Search and Shopping consumer behaviors are changing.
  • Experience within the Retail category.
  • Experience working with executive level stakeholders to develop strategic plans with strong examples moving across the plan's work streams efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive creation of large account and campaign-specific proposals for customers by translating customer objectives into KPIs and selecting Google ad solutions based on KPIs and work with internal stakeholders to conduct research and learn about account or campaign relationships to complete proposals.
  • Lead campaigns for customers to prepare them for launch and execute campaign launches in collaboration with internal support and specialist teams and ensure that campaign launches are properly deployed. Lead process for advising on campaign continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strategize opportunities for optimizations to fit into a larger strategic upsell. Utilize and facilitate internal connections and networks in order to expedite and optimize campaigns.
  • Deliver personalized, differentiated solutions to customers and agencies, using storytelling techniques to address customer challenges and highlight Google's competitive advantage, to achieve customer business objectives and drive revenue growth.
