In this role, you will directly drive ZURUâs growth at Target by securing maximum shelf space, increasing brand visibility, and strengthening relationships with buying teams. You will be accountable for executing Joint Business Plans, delivering financial targets, and maximising in-store and online performance. Your insights and recommendations will shape commercial strategy, optimise distribution, and influence key decisions across sales, marketing, and supply teams. You will manage multiple departments at Target, ensuring ZURU captures share of shelf versus competitors while driving profitable and sustainable growth. This position offers autonomy to make decisions, lead initiatives, and deliver measurable results that impact ZURUâs performance and investment in new products.
