COBRA & Direct Bill Accounts Manager – Remote or ORL, FLAs a COBRA & Direct Bill Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our outsourcing services team to aid in the implementation, delivery, and ongoing support of COBRA and Direct Bill participation on behalf of our clients.This position requires profound attention to detail, a passion for delivering top-quality service, and adherence to operational policy. Areas of focus within this role can include: Assist with client implementations for COBRA and/or Direct Bill Ensure timely and accurate setup of all applicable services associated with the implementation and serviced accounts Configuration of net new customer accounts Renewal service support and configuration for in-force client accounts Ability to assist with additional requests, as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years Experience in COBRA and Direct Bill implementation, service, and support
  • Excellent understanding of connectedness between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
  • Experience working with third party integrations
  • Understand benefits including federal and state-based compliance, ACA, COBRA, life and ancillary benefit, etc.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Open to learning multiple benefits technology
  • Collaborative and partner-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • MS Office
  • Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with WEX solution is preferred
  • Experience working within PlanSource or Employee Central Benefits is a plus
