About The Position

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Palm Beach, Florida who wants more time with patients, smaller panels, and the ability to earn $300K+ in year one without RVU pressure. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive primary care for adults 65+. You’ll manage chronic conditions, emphasize quality outcomes, and work in a value-based care model designed to support thoughtful medicine. You’ll practice alongside a fully integrated team including NP/PAs, MAs, social workers, lab, pharmacy, and referral support. Why this role is compelling

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Passionate about improving outcomes for older adults
• Comfortable managing chronic disease and preventive care
• Value team-based, mission-driven medicine
