Onsite

About The Position

Legacy Health is recruiting outpatient physicians for its Silverton primary care clinics located in and around Salem, Oregon. Providers in these clinics include physicians and advanced practitioners, all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Primary care providers are supported by designated MA’s and care teams that can include panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacy techs and pharmacists. This is a 100% outpatient clinical practice with unmatched Epic/EHR support through its unique Super Thrive Program. Dedicated, clinic-based nurse care management, social worker and behavioral health support, and dedicated pharmacy support (including pharmacy tech and onsite pharmacist for medication management, INR support and diabetic education) are provided. A dedicated panel coordinator assists with patient outreach and care gap closure, ensuring high-quality care for each patient. Opportunities exist in rural health clinics to qualify for special location stipends. Legacy Health is a locally owned, six-hospital nonprofit health system that also includes a full-service children’s hospital and more than 70 primary care, specialty, and urgent care clinics, 14,000 employees and nearly 3,000 health care providers. They provide comprehensive primary, secondary and tertiary care services across the Portland and Vancouver metro area and Mid-Willamette Valley, serving 2.5 million people. Legacy Health is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, integrating them into system-wide strategy, operations, and patient care, acknowledging the country’s history of systemic racism.
