About The Position

You'll provide outpatient primary care across two community practices in New York's Finger Lakes region, splitting your time between Seneca Falls and Clyde. As part of a physician-led organization, you'll deliver continuity-focused Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to established patient populations in an outpatient-only setting with light shared call coverage. Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients in Seneca Falls and Clyde
Manage a full panel including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
Share light phone call coverage with fellow health system physicians
