Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care
