About The Position

You'll deliver outpatient primary care across two community practices in the stunning Finger Lakes region of New York. This is an employed, physician-led position where you'll provide family medicine or internal medicine services with light phone call coverage only, shared across the health system. Your work will directly impact patients in close-knit communities while you enjoy a four-season landscape known for clean lakes, vineyards, and year-round outdoor recreation.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Commitment to outpatient, community-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care services, splitting your time between the Seneca Falls and Clyde practices
• Deliver family medicine or internal medicine care to diverse patient populations
• Participate in light phone call coverage shared with other health system providers
• Work within a physician-led organization that prioritizes community-based medicine

• Base salary of $285,000–$310,000 based on experience
