Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first CenterWell is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding senior-focused clinical team in Apopka, Florida. This opportunity supports longer visits, strong clinical resources, and a value-based care model centered on quality outcomes. About CenterWell CenterWell, part of Humana’s Primary Care Organization, is a national leader in value-based senior primary care with more than 340 centers across 15 states. Our physicians enjoy interdisciplinary team support, manageable patient panels, longer visit times, and centralized resources for quality and documentation. Schedule & Work Model • Monday–Friday, daytime schedule • No weekends • No hospital rounds • Limited phone-only call rotation
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active or eligible Florida medical license.
- TB screening participation required.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in limited phone call coverage.
