Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first CenterWell is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our expanding senior-focused clinical team in Apopka, Florida. This opportunity supports longer visits, strong clinical resources, and a value-based care model centered on quality outcomes. Our physicians enjoy interdisciplinary team support, manageable patient panels, longer visit times, and centralized resources for quality and documentation. Schedule & Work Model • Monday–Friday, daytime schedule • No weekends • No hospital rounds • Limited phone-only call rotation

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
  • Active or eligible Florida medical license.
  • TB screening participation required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in limited phone call coverage.
