About The Position
Primary Care Physician – Outpatient Dorchester, MA | Value-Based Care Join a patient-focused, value-based primary care practice in Dorchester, MA, dedicated to providing high-quality, relationship-driven care for patients age 65 and older. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who values meaningful patient interactions, strong clinical support, and an excellent work–life balance. Position Highlights Outpatient-only primary care in a value-based care model Patient panel capped at 750 to ensure quality care and manageable workload New physicians start with ~100 patients and ramp up gradually See approximately 18 patients per day Monday–Friday schedule with one remote/work-from-home day per week Limited call responsibilities Exceptional Clinical Support Robust care team including EMTs, APPs, Medical Assistants, and Care Managers Dedicated acute care support team with nurses triaging and responding quickly to patient needs Strong infrastructure allowing physicians to focus on patient care—not paperwork Compensation & Benefits Excellent base salary plus bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting 4 weeks of PTO 11 paid holidays CME allowance Paid malpractice coverage Ideal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics.
