About The Position
We are hiring a Primary Care Physician Director to lead adult primary care services in a busy community health clinic. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, quality improvement, and oversight of a multidisciplinary provider team.
Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- Unrestricted California medical license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in urban community health and working with diverse patient populations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventative, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care to adult patients.
- Supervise and support physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in Adult Medicine.
- Lead quality improvement, panel management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
